To book and pay for an individual session, please scroll down the page and select the session you would like, following the instructions. Payment will be taken for each individual session booked.

For membership subscriptions, please click the button below to take you to our Memberships page, where you can purchase a subscription. A subscription will give you repeat access for up to 4 hours each month. This will then allow you to book individual sessions on the Book Online page by simply logging in, without the need to re-submit all your personal and payment details for each visit.

All sessions must be booked through this page.
